I offer a wide variety of massage techniques as well as body treatments.
All one hour and one and a half hour massage sessions are a set price whether it is deep tissue,lymphatic,lomi lomi, neuromuscular work,or just a stress relieving Swedish massage. Each session is catered to the individual client,as some areas may need deep tissue therapy,while the remainder of the body just needs to relax. I am trained in many different techniques,and tend to culminate a variety of modalities during a session. A deep tissue session would definitely have some lymphatic work involved,as blood and lymph fluid movement are vital in recovering from strained muscles.I may even add some light thai stretching as well into a deep tissue session,as the synovial fluid in our joints need a great amount of daily movement to stave off stiffness of the joints.
I now offer during the summer months an Aloe Vera massage treatment for sun burned and sun damaged skin, and as always my affordable add-on no mess body scrubs that can be combined with a massage session.
All massage sessions 70$ per hour/100$ per 1.5 hours.
