The Sadist– This is a Deep Tissue massage session I offer to the Bodywork connoisseur who seeks the benefits of extreme Deep Tissue massage with lasting benefits. Incorporating arms, elbows, and percussion tools, 85-125$
Aloe Massage- I use a combination of aloe vera in addition to soothing body butter for a relaxing and healing treatment for sun-damaged skin. 85-110$
Lomi Lomi Massage– Lomi Lomi Massage combines the use of prayer (pule), breath (ha), and energy (mana) with a variety of massage strokes to release “blocked” areas of tension in the body. 75-100$
Prenatal Massage– Studies indicate that this therapeutic Massage Therapy reduces anxiety, decreases symptoms of depression, and significantly relieves muscle aches and joint pains. 75-100$
Trigger Point Therapy– Trigger Point Therapy aims to eliminate pain and re-educate the muscles into pain-free habits. The range of motion is increased. Tension is relieved, and circulation, flexibility, as well as coordination are improved. 75-100$
