Deep Tissue Massage– Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. $80-$110
Swedish Massage– Massage therapists use long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion or oil. $80-$110
Sports Massage– The focus isn’t on relaxation but particularly on preventing and treating injury coupled with enhancing athletic performance. The strokes of course faster than Swedish. Facilitated stretching is a common technique. $80-$110
The Sadist– This is a Deep Tissue massage session I offer to the Bodywork connoisseur who seeks the benefits of extreme Deep Tissue massage with lasting benefits. I incorporate arms, elbows, and percussion tools. $90-$130
Aloe Massage- I use a combination of aloe vera in addition to soothing body butter for a relaxing and healing treatment for sun-damaged skin. $85-$115
Lomi Lomi Massage– Lomi Lomi Massage combines the use of prayer (pule), breath (ha), and energy (mana) with a variety of massage strokes. These strokes help release “blocked” areas of tension in the body. $80-$110
Prenatal Massage– Studies indicate that this therapeutic Massage Therapy reduces anxiety, decreases symptoms of depression, and significantly relieves muscle aches and joint pains. $80-$110
Trigger Point Therapy– Trigger Point Therapy aims to eliminate pain and re-educate the muscles into pain-free habits. The range of motion is increased. Tension is relieved, and circulation, flexibility, as well as coordination are improved. $80-$110
Lymphatic Massage– Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle therapeutic massage for encouraging the natural circulation of the lymph throughout the body. The strokes are circular and rhythmic to promote lymph flow. $80-$110

Body Scrubs- Exfoliating scrubs are used to eliminate the outer layers of the skin for a renewed skin texture. Body scrubs are solely an add-on together with any massage service.$40
I create my own massage oil by blending grape seed oil with naturally refined pure Mango butter.

Red Light therapy – (add-on to any session $25)
(RLT) is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. It exposes you to low levels of red or near-infrared light. Although your eyes can’t see infrared light, your body can feel it as heat.

Thai Herbal Ball massage– I make my own Thai herbal balls from traditional Thai herbs. The herbs help produce an anti-inflammatory response in muscle and soft tissue. Moreover, the moist heat and herbal compression feels like Hot stone massage coupled with an ancient herbal infusion. $135 for a 90-minute session.
